Friends Committee on National Legislation Support E-PEACE Project

Dear Friends,
It's Kathy Guthrie again from the Friends Committee on National Legislation! What a difference your work for preventing war in Iraq made last week! FCNL now needs you to be part of the Virtual March on Washington on February 26th, a single day when people in the U.S. will overwhelm Washington with clear messages against war.
It's crucial to continue the momentum of last weekend, when millions of people in 150 cities worldwide gathered publicly to demonstrate their opposition to war on Iraq. The global demonstrations were historic for their international scope, size, and coordination. The message from the international community is clear: War is not the answer.
Please join in this massive effort organized by Win Without War! Participating is as easy as it will be significant. Simply go to the website at and get all the information you need to sign up. Then email this letter to everyone in your address book and ask them to do the same.
Win Without War is asking people to call their senators and the White House. The following 19 states need special attention: KS, SC, KY, HI, OK, NV, NE, UT, WV, AR, AL, AK, MT, DE, ID, WY, MS, SD, ND If you have family or friends there, please be sure to send this message on to them.
Additionally FCNL asks you to call or write your member of the House of Representatives. Ask your representative to cosponsor the Brown (OH) resolution when it is introduced in the House next week. For more information go to
